Stay away guys! I purchased my vehicle from another dealership but have been going to this dealership for all my regular maintenance. I will say customer service was always friendly and the waiting area was super comfy with complimentary beverages and popcorn. Here's is when things went south. On my last visit, i noticed things were missing from my car. I always keep a lot of quarters in the car. Halfway home, I didn't hear the little noise I'm used to hearing and looked and it was all completely gone. It wasn't a small amount of change, so someone got bold and took it all. This made me do a further look around my vehicle. My vehicle is a sport model so it came with nitrogen valve stem caps on the tire. They were all missing. I know it was there prior because I literally checked my pressures that morning. All in all, it wasn't a huge dollar amount, but you trust the dealership to not steal. I contacted the service department and was directed to their service manager Patrick. He was very apologetic and agreed that this shouldn't have happened. He assured me he would look through their surveillance footage and let me know what happened. A month went by with no response. I emailed him and he basically said they didn't have enough evidence and told me to call the cops if I have a problem with it. He then told me he would reimburse me for a the change and threw out a number. He also said he would send me new valve stem caps. His last email said he would send it right out. Months go by and nothing. I emailed again and no response. Again, it's not about the monetary value, but principle alone. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I shouldn't have to worry about losing my hard earned money or property. It's a shame because I wanted to buy another car soon!

Shawn was amazing in a tough situation to help get me into a car after a total loss and went above and beyond! This is our 2nd vehicle with RCH and we will for sure be back! Sales managers Chris and Mailee and Service manager Bryan are also extremely helpful.
